John McWilliam

After being admitted as a solicitor and barrister in Melbourne, Mr McWilliam practiced in Personal Injury, Criminal, Commercial and Property Law in Victoria. Mr McWilliam eventually decided to move back to his home town of Cairns with his family in 2008. Upon his return, he partnered with Mr Adams to open Adams McWilliam Solicitors in November 2008.

Since that time he has specialised in Personal Injury litigation conducting various types of injury claims ranging from minor accidents to catastrophic accident claims. 

Mr McWilliam holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and has operated numerous small businesses in Cairns and North Queensland. Mr McWilliam also has a substantial background in the Banking and Finance industry.
